  • Organic Coconut Flour Bread


  • 3/4 cup Coconut Culture organic coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Culture Organic Virgin Coconut Oil melted
  • 1 tbsp Organic Honey
  • 1/2 tbsp Himalayan Salt


  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl with an electric mixer until there are no lumps.
  3. Mixture should have dense consistency.
  4. Pour into a shallow loaf pan (this bread will not rise when cooked).
  5. Bake at 180 degrees celcius for 25 to 30 minutes, until the top of the bread is golden brown.
  6. For best eating, consume warm or within 24 hours.
  7. Honey may be substituted with a good quality Organic Maple Syrup.
