- Organic Coconut Flour Bread
- 3/4 cup Coconut Culture organic coconut flour
- 1/2 cup Coconut Culture Organic Virgin Coconut Oil melted
- 1 tbsp Organic Honey
- 1/2 tbsp Himalayan Salt
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl with an electric mixer until there are no lumps.
- Mixture should have dense consistency.
- Pour into a shallow loaf pan (this bread will not rise when cooked).
- Bake at 180 degrees celcius for 25 to 30 minutes, until the top of the bread is golden brown.
- For best eating, consume warm or within 24 hours.
- Honey may be substituted with a good quality Organic Maple Syrup.
